PARENTS AND CARERS
When a young person is referred to the MATRIX team, they get access to the network of specialist services provided by the agencies involved in the team.
The MATRIX includes a range of specialist staff including a worker for looked after young people, diversionary workers, a treatment nurse who has links to a prescribing consultant and other health professionals, a youth worker and a family outreach worker.
The sources of referral for the MATRIX are diverse, any body can refer to our service including young people themselves.
