Confidentiality
The MATRIX service is a CONFIDENTIAL service, this means you can share things that you need to talk about, the information will stay within the team!
Nobody who works at the MATRIX will tell anyone things you don't want them to, not even the receptionist! They won't even tell anyone you have been to see them unless you tell them it's alright.
Anything you say in the session or a group will not be shared or passed on to other people, unless we are worried that you or someone you know is being hurt or is likely to be hurt.
Only if you are at risk of harm, from yourself or others will this confidentiality be broken. If this is the case we will tell you first and only those who need to know will be told.
