If yours or someone else's drug or alcohol use is getting you down then the Matrix is the place for you! The Matrix can help you look at whats worrying you and help identify problems you may need support with. We offer:

• Drugs/Alcohol awareness
  To help you understand the effects of drug and alcohol use and the impact it can have on individuals and lifestyle.


• Counselling
  Helping you explore your feelings and relationships more effectively giving you an opportunity to look at issues in-depth and gain a clearer understanding to support you in moving on.


• Health issues
  Our nurse can support you with any health or sexual health concerns. We are also a C2 card outlet, providing free contraception to under 25's.


• Smoking Cessation
  This includes finding and planning the best way to support you in giving up smoking.


• Treatment options
  This will include finding and planning the best way to help with your drug/alcohol use in discussion with you.


• Family support
  We know that parents and carers can often get upset when there are drug and alcohol problems in the family. Which is why we offer a separate support service for them.


• Housing issues
  Sometimes young people who use drugs and alcohol find themselves with nowhere to stay. We can support you by ensuring you have the right access to appropriate services.


• Advice and Information
  We can provide advice and information on drugs and alcohol we can also give information on other services that can help you.
